How can I Add Existing Users to a New Board with a Free Plan - Company Project Type?

I've created a New board on the same project, but other users have not been added to this board. How can we make them see this board?

I am sorry that the answer you got before was misleading - it was generated by an AI that has no understanding of your question or Atlassian software.

The most simple way to do it is click the grey "unknown" user icon that is the last on your array of people icons in your screenshot, but that only works in some types of board.

The main way to do it is to make sure that the user has permission to see the board, and the projects that the board includes, then check that they also have the permission "can be assigned to issues", either in the permissions directly, or by being in a role that can have issues assigned to its members.

Ah, it's the wrong type of board for that then.

• Go to project settings -> people, and add the people you need
• You may need to check the permissions on the project to make sure the people to be added have "can be assigned issues" (do not confuse with "can assign issues to others")

The list of people you see in the circles are people who have one or more items assigned to them in the project(s), plus you (currentUser() ) and the grey one for "show unassigned issues"
