Add-On or Tool to perform a 'permissions audit' on Atlassian servers?

We have a need to be able to run a report that pulls a list of the security groups applied to all Confluence Spaces, Jira Projects and Bitbucket Repos within our Atlassian server stack (and the individual members assigned to each, if possible).

Is there a reporting tool, or add-on, that allows us to do this kind of 'permissions audit' of our Atlassian servers?

We tend to do this via SQL or API. It looks like we posted out solution for Jira at: https://bitbucket.org/atlasauthority/one-offs/src/fa4e17b7396c14eaef42df9c14a133bb8f7ed3a7/jira/projectAccessPerUser/?at=master but I am not seeing any of the other tools.
