How can we check if any add-on is been expired? Also if any add-on is expired will if affect all production or  there are changes that one user will face issue and others can not.

Hi @Fahad Siddiqui

You can find the list of add ons in the 'Manage add ons' administration page. If there are expired licenses, those plugins will be highlighted in red. But i have seen that some times they dont get highlighted and we have to expand the add on to see their expired status.

If an add-on expires license, they dont work for all users. But the real impact depends on the plugin's functionality.

Can you explain more on "But the real impact depends on the plugin's functionality." as i am facing one issue. We have one request which one user is unable to raise were as others are able to raise the same request. Though user which is facing issue has admin access on jira instance.
