Add Status button is not coming up on Board Settings with Site Administrator permissions

Unable to set the status for the newly created board columns.

 

As a site Administrator, I have the full permissions, Unable to find the 'Project Administrator' permission group

Do you mean the extended project administration available in the most recent JIRA versions?
