previously i remember users were creating test plan on 1 project and adding that test plan to test execution on another project.
We created the SIT Test Execution for ABC project and we are unable to link to TestPlan on another project.
After adding test plan when I update it disappears, not sure if it’s a Jira issue or something different in Test Plan that we are missing.
Hi @Ram
Where do you do an update and which information disappears?
Could you please provide a screenshot of your test execution that should be linked to test plan as well as your test plan so to get a better understanding of your problem?
Thanks in advance.
Best
Stefan

Could you confirm with the check mark? What happens/what does it look like when you click the confirm button?

Could you please show a screenshot of what it looks like after confirmation? Did you also check the test plan issue if test execution was added?
I only have cloud instance on site. When I add a test plan it doesn‘t directly show the issue key(s) of added test plans but (kind of) a test plan button that when clicked shows all the linked/added test plans.
One more thing that comes to my mind:
Did you try to add a test plan within the same project of the test execution?

Added the "X-ray" tag. Hopefully someone more familiar can answer.
