Add a custom field with an attachment with a specific name
The request should be 2-3 fields with a certain custom field which you can put an attachment
The silence in the query, you can insert only one field of the attachment
you must either add a new field
or you can add a new tab and there add the field attachment, but the silence of this can be done

Добавит пользовательское поле с вложением с определенным именем
В запросе должно быть 2-3 поля с определенным пользовательским полем в которое можно положить вложение
По молчанию в запрос можно вставить только одно поле вложение
необходимо либо добавить новое поле
либо добавить новую закладку и там добавить поле вложение, но по молчанию этого сделать нельзя

Attachments are held on issues, not fields.  I am not totally clear on exactly what you need from this, but you will need to find or write a custom-field to do it.  (I'm not aware of any existing ones that will do it, but have a look through the markeptplace)
