Add a label after a period of time

I was wondering if it was possible within jira to automate a label on a ticket called 'awaiting-customer' after 7 days of no return comment. Or does this require a script?

It will require a script.

 

There's a scheduler you can run with the ScriptRunner plugin that could do this.
