Add a new Custom Field under the attachments on the Jira Issue - Story

Planning to Add a new Custom Field on the Jira Issue - Story , under the Attachments and should be a separate Container Field. Please see the Pic for more info .

Any tips of how this can be achieved ??

Hello,

You can not do it out of the box.

You would need to develop a plugin to add a web panel below the attachment panel and then add a custom field there.
