Add a new client into Jira

Hello, 

I need to add a new client into Jira so that these clients can be selected in the drop down menu when creating a new project. How do I do this?

Can you provide a screen image showing the pull-down field you are trying to modify? I'm not sure what you're talking about when you say you are selecting a "client" when creating a new project.
