Hi, we have a connection with Zendesk where they can create issues from there. At the moment, someone in the past added Components as a field in the Zendesk new ticket window. I have no idea how to add a new required Jira field there. Is this something I have to change in jira or it's something I have to change in Zendesk?

If you are using the oficial add-on to connect zendesk and jira, so zendesk will follow the create screen and field configuration associated with screen scheme and field configuration.
