Add app to all issues by default

Hi

We have developed an app and installed it on a next-gen project. 

Every time we create a new ticket, we have to manually add that app to the issue. Is there a way to automatically add the app to all issues?

If it's not possible for users to do that, is it possible for the app developer to do that?
