Add button to trigger a webhook

I want to add a button on the view issue screen that will trigger a webhook when the user clicks the button. I want to add the button in the operations bar where the buttons Edit, Comment, Assign, More currently are. 

I created a script fragment using Scriptrunner to do this. However, the button does not show up when I place it in the opsbar-operations location.

Is opsbar-operations the correct location for those buttons? 

Does the "ops.bar.group.size.opsbar-operations" property have to be set to add additional buttons to the opsbar-operations section? Currently, that property is not in our config or jpm.xml file.

I discovered that the ops.bar.group.size.opsbar-operations" property had to be set to make the button show on the operations bar instead of in the "More" drop down.
