We are using the project management template for our JIRA core where we created custom fields and mass uploaded a lot of issues (in 1000s) onto our board.
My question is, can we add more custom fields after the board is setup and mass update the existing issues with some values in those custom fields?
you can perform a Bulk Update after the field is added. You are limited (i think) to 1000 at a time thru that method. You could also do via an import (messy) but would stick w/ bulk update.
