Hey all - I am reaching out to seek your assistance in verifying a rule that is currently not functioning as expected. The rule in question is designed to add a label to a ticket when a specific text is present in the description field upon creation.
Despite my efforts to troubleshoot this issue in various ways, I have not been able to identify the root cause.
The rule is quite simple. On the same rule, I have other actions, like, populate a custom field and transition ticket, all of them work, but the label adding action.
Any thoughts?

When posting a question about an automation rule, it is always good to include screenshots of the entire rule, one with details of key parts, and then one of the audit log when it runs and produces and error or does not do what you expect.
