Add multiple contributors to the issue type.

Hello All,

I understand that there has to be only one assignee per issue. But there some cases where other team members also contribute to that particular issue.

I would like to create a new multiselect Assignee filed and name it as "Contributors". This filed should allow me to choose multiple users from my project team members list. 

Please let me know how to achieve this in Jira. I m ok with any additional add on as well.

You can simply add a user picker (multiple) custom field.  It won't be the assignee of course, but you'll be able to name as many people as you like in it on each issue.  See https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-a-custom-field/
