Add multiple watchers?

Is there a chance to add group of users as a watcher to a specific issue? If not, is there anything else I can do to have the same effect?

Hi Ble

At JIRA side this is already a very old open request as you can see here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-5493. But this can be achieved using groovy script as you can see here: http://justinit.wordpress.com/2010/12/17/jira-add-watchers-at-issue-creation/

Currently this feature is not available yet however there is already an improvement request raised at here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-33736

Please feel free to vote on it to increase its popularity and add yourself as watcher in order to receive any latest updates from the developer and feedback from other user that is facing the same issue.
