Add post function to log ticket in another project

Hi,

I want to add Post function on create issue transition of service desk project workflow which automatically creates ticket to another project board. 

Basically while creating ticket of one particular request type in service desk project , I want to log the same ticket automatically in another project board.

I tried to use Clones an issue, and links post function but got below error may because we cannot clone issue before it is created

                     

Is there any other way that I can add post function to achieve this ?

Hi @Sushmitha ,

error says that you need to move your post function after "Create issue originally". You can do that just using move orders

This should fix your issue.
