Add post function to system event

Hi,

I'm setting up an integration between our JIRA and HipChat.

It works fine with workflow transitions, but we would also want to push notifications to hipchat when tickets are updated (edit action) or commented. These changes trigger a system event. How can I configure the hipchat post function on system event?
