Hey community,
I am currently setting up a board for an upcoming feature development. The board will be the main overview of everything what needs to be done to get the feature on production and will contain tasks from different projects (our setup is project = team).
No issues so far. But now I'd like to vizualise blockers on the board like Task A is still not in progress because it's blocked by Task B. I added the linked issues to the card layout but now I am wondering how to make the type of ticket relation (is blocked by, blocks, relates to...) visible on the card. Is there any option to do that (without adding a flag to the ticket and going in the detailed view to see the full relation)?
I hope you got my point. Thanks for your support in advance.
Best,
Rebecca
Hello @Rebecca Graf - I did a quick look and it's possible to show the issue key for the linked issues on a card (Note: this is only for Company Managed projects) - screenshot provided below for reference.
However, it won't signify what type of link it is (e.g. Relates To, Blocks, etc.). To add this, go to the Board Settings --> Card Layout --> Card Layout. From there, you can add Linked Issues field to the card.
thanks for your answer, but the last part is exactly what I am looking for. I already added the issue key to the cards but would like to have the type of link, too.
Best
Rebecca

Ah - unfortunately, that additional visibility is not available. May I suggest building out a JQL that pulls in the linked issues and housing that information in a filter gadget on a team dashboard?
