Added Field To Issue - Need to Filter by Field

I am using the next gen JIRA project. Our process requires multiple individuals to have a a part in the process be it a technical review, a QA assignee, or the assigned developer. I have added a new people field - Technical Review.

I want to be able to filter on this filter on the board and other people field like QA assignee. Different folks work the same cards depending on it's stage. I am not seeing a way to do this.

@nina_schmidt how do you get the person assignee to reflect on the board tho?

Hi @Daniel Reyzman  either you

1) add a quickfilter per possible assignee ( assignee = xyz ) or customfield  and name the quickfilter after them

2) you add the assignee as info on the cards

3) sort you Board in swimlanes by assignee

But just checked twice: if you use a next gen the JQL Option and card view change is not possible:

You could add quick filters with a JQL filter for every option you want to see. 
never did that in Cloud, but for server it works perfectly fine.
