Hi Andrii,
If you use the DVCS connector to sync Jira with Bitbucket or Github, you can get pull request information in the detail view of an issue like this:
The information is automatically synced with Jira and clicking the link takes you to the PR's in your repository. For info on setting this up, check out this article.
