Adding Reports/Watchers of duplicate bugs to primary bug

Hi All,

Not sure if this is possible anywhere but I can't seem to find it. Is there any way to add Reporters and Watchers of duplicate bugs to the primary bug? This would allow the other reporters and watchers to be notified when the primary bug is resolved or closed.

With the plugin we wrote:

Otherwise, you will need to develop that functionality, either via scripting (python, etc) or directly in Java.
