Adding a generic event to a Notification Scheme

Hi guys, 


I follow this steps https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/configure-a-custom-event-notification-for-a-specific-jira-workflow-transition-or-status-720831525.html

To create a new event where I can send a mail to an specific user. However after doing all this it did not work.

Do you have any Idea why the notification mail is not working??
