Hi  @Amna Zaheer,

yes, you can do that using a workflow condition at your transition.

but there is no such option for admin in conditions

Of course there is:

• find your workflow in your Jira Administration
• Edit your workflow
• Click on the transition
• Open Conditions
• Add Condition "User is in Project Role"
• Select Project Role "Administrators"
• Add and save and publish your workflow

@Thomas Schlegel is right, a condition is the right thing to do.

Choose the transition where you want this, then go to Conditions and Add Condition.

There you can choose either "User is in Group" or "User is in Project Role" and choose the Admins then.
