Adding custom icons to 'priorities'

Hi,

I'm trying to add custom selections and icons to the 'Priorities'. I understand how to do it, but the icons appear and disappear. As in, I have the images, add them, they appear in that field, but then they disappear after a few minutes. I once had it that all 4 icons I wanted were there, and they appeared in the drop down when creating a new bug/ticket -> priorities, but an hour later they were gone again from all fields.

I'm on Cloud, and have tried hosting the images in tickets (accessible to everyone on the team) and on confluence.

to create custom icon in jira scripteunner plugin can be used in it webitem sections can be used to create as many as need and attach a action to it separately

Thanks for the reply, Kevin.

At this point this seems overkill for having 4 small icons displayed. The plugin is also fee based and it seems this functionality should 'just work' one way or another in base Jira. I mean, I am able to add the images and they show for a short while, but then they disappear.

Thanks for the recommendation, though, I'll keep this plugin in mind if there are other things related to it we might want to do in the future!
