Can anyone advise how to add the due date to JIRA tickets so that it is visible by everyone? Right now some users can see it but others cannot.

Are you working with issues in Company Managed projects or Team Managed projects? That information shows at the bottom of the panel on the left, or you can see it under the Type column when you are on the View all projects page.
Are you working with issues in a Software, Service, or Business/Work Management project?
Can you provide screen examples of a single issue as seen by a user who can see the field, and as seen by a user who can't see the field?
