Adding roadmap tool in JIRA 7.8.0

Does anyone know how to add roadmap tool in jira. 

My version is 7.8.0 

Is it possible for my version ?

Please help me with this issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Roadmap is only available in Jira Cloud, on Jira Server you would need to use one of the apps in the Marketplace that provide this feature, like Portfolio for Jira.
