Adding sections to custom tabs

I have created a new issue type which contains several tabs. On some of the tabs i want to add retractable sections i.e sections which can be minimised when not in use.

How can I do it this on JIRA cloud?

You don't, the UI has no way to do it.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Is it however possible to add a custom field of type similar to that of field "Description"?
