Hello,
I have a plan in Advanced Roadmap that's showing only Epics, the source is a filter, all boards in my project are Scrum.
I'm trying to add sprints to the timeline, where the weeks & months are showing.
We're using shared sprints, one active sprint at a time.
Every documentation I found said to go to View Settings, Group by: Team and mark the "Show capacity on timeline" checkbox.
It doesn't work for me.
Is it possible that it's because I only have Epics which aren't assigned to a sprint?
I'd appreciate any assistance.
Thanks
Hi Neta,
I had the same problem: changing the Settings did not show the Sprints.
I am using a single project as the filter but also allowing for a specific label in issues not in the project to be included.
I realized I did not have Sprints created in the project. When created, they appeared in the Timeline.
Without know your specific filters and why issues are not shown, you may check out View Sprints in Advanced Roadmaps.
Another reason you may not be able to see the Sprints is due to Permission restrictions. You can check your Projects containing the Sprints and make sure you are a Sprint Manager in each of those projects. I find most display problems come from not having the proper permissions.
I hope this helps you,
Joe
Thank you for your answer, @Joe Pursel
If I understand correctly from the link you shared, not only should my boards be Scrum, the issue source of the plan should be a board, since main is a filter, it won't work.
I went ahead and created a test plan with a board as source, it still didn't work.
Is it possible that the problem is that we're using a shared sprint to all teams?
