I am trying to add specific text to default on every bug ticket for my team. I have tried custom fields and it does not present in the way I am looking. I am in Company Managed Premium. Has anyone been able to do this?
I want it so its a double check of what agents need to look for and notate in a description like field. I have tried the paragraph custom field and cannot get its so you can type next to my text:
Example:
Description/summary: Agents Describe here...
Reference Number(s): Agents add reference number here...
Steps to reproduce: Agents list how to reproduce...

Question: what tools do you have-- Have you tried doing an automation rule-- I don't have my cloud instance up but I would think a rule stating that issue type = bug then Edit the summary be "your default text."
You would have it triggered immediately so it might have performance issues.
You also should check system fields configuration if you are the JIRA administrator they might be able to set it in the Cloud instance. I know I can do that is my Data Center instance.

Thanks. I did try in the system fields. It does not allow me to get there. I will have to play around with an automation rule possibly!
