Additional Project Added to Board. Unable to use Roadmap

Good morning,

In order to see tasks, added from other projects, in my sprint, I had to add the other project to the filter under Board->General>Filter.  Once I did that, I couldn't get to Roadmap for my project because Roadmap can only look at one Project.  I don't understand what I am missing.  I can't believe me seeing a sprint task would be at the cost of not being able to use the Roadmap feature in Jira.

What you are seeing is expected, the basic roadmap only support a single project. Once you add more than one project the basic roadmap will not work. If you want to see multiple projects in a roadmap you need to be on a Premium subscription, that will get you access to advanced roadmap which supports multiple projects in a single plan.
