Adicionei uma validação para exigir um comentário obrigatório na task e não funciona

Eu atribui um validador no meu workflow para obrigar que o campo comentário seja modificado para a transição para o status arquivado. Ou seja, a minha intenção era fazer com que o usuário adicionasse um comentário a tarefa para poder mover para o status de arquivado. Não funcionou, mesmo atribuindo um comentário a tarefa, a mensagem de obrigatoriedade continuava aparecendo e não me permitia mover a tarefa para arquivado. 
Então, adicionei as validação de campo obrigatório e a mesma coisa ocorreu, ele não deixou arquivar a tarefa. 
Em anexo as imagens das configurações que apliquei e o resultado.

Você deseja que o usuário insira um comentário enquanto executa a transição? Ou deseja permitir a transição se já houver 1 ou mais comentários sobre o assunto?

O validador que você criou foi projetado para exigir a inserção de um comentário durante a execução da transição. Isso significa que você deve criar uma tela que inclua o campo de comentários e associar a tela à transição para que a tela seja aberta e o usuário possa inserir um comentário.

The validator you have created is designed to require a comment to be entered during the execution of the transition. That means you have to create a screen that includes the comment field, and associate the screen with the transition so that the screen will open and the user can enter a comment.

I added a validation to require a mandatory comment in the task and it doesn't work

I assigned a validator in my workflow to force the comment field to be modified for the transition to archived status. In other words, my intention was to make the user add a comment to the task in order to move it to archived status. It didn't work, even though I assigned a comment to the task, the mandatory message continued to appear and it didn't allow me to move the task to archived.
So, I added mandatory field validation and the same thing happened, it didn't let me archive the task.
