Admin can't edit a ticket

I'm a project admin (not jira full-admin), and I can view tickets just fine. Until yesterday afternoon, I could do just about anything else too.

As of yesterday, if i click to edit a ticket description or comment, the screen craps out on me and doesn't load. All other users (and admins) I've checked with have their usual access.

I've logged out and back in, restarted browser, and restarted my computer. Any suggestions?

Hi @Mike.Bowles Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

  • Can you please ensure that you have the Edit issue permission in the project?
  • Also, try clearing your browser's cache or use incognito mode.
  • Lastly, check in the network tab of the browser's devtools to find a probable cause. Share a screenshot if possible.

Cache did it!

now I feel like my parents asking for wifi help whenever i go home.
