For Managed Accounts and Claim Accounts.
I initially imported a CSV with just one line: my email address. It imported and set up my account as a claimed "Managed Account."
However, I don't see any method for importing another CSV with more users.
What's the best method for adding more users?

You can import another CSV file, and you can add multiple email addresses separated by a comma in the field.

Where can I upload the CSV? It was previously on "Managed Accounts" menu item, but after I uploaded a CSV the option is gone.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Actually, you should just Invite users and separate each one with a comma. You can do 50 at one time.
Settings > User Management > Directory > Invite Users
