Administrator cant get admin permissions

HI! When i try login in to jira like admin everething ok. Autentification passed. But when i try get web-sudo with same credentionals i get error Autentification faild.  I use externel directory for autentification (crowd + ldap). Ihave 3 users with admin rights and all of them have this problem. If disable web-sudo everething ok. Before change password in crowd Application
