Advanced Roadmaps - How to add individual teams members availability and abscence
Hi All,
We are currently planning a role out of some critical software and need to be able to show a shared team members availability and then in the advanced roadmap screen when this person is off on holiday.
Been looking online all morning and getting mixed messages. Some are saying this feature is not available in the out the box premium version, others are saying the process is
Shared teams
Click on user
Then you can enter availlability and abscene.
When i go to the shared team i can no see these options.

There was mentioned above that Atlassian doesn't support capacity planning at the individual resource level.
If you consider using a plugin I would suggest ActivityTimeline. ActivityTimeline provides resource planning and availability on a timeline view. You can track tasks progress, workload, and availability for each employee taking into consideration the part-time, full-time, or even different work schemes for users, and holidays. Workload or availability could be calculated for individuals or teams on the same view.
There is an ability to plan your work with bookings and placeholders.
The additional modules provide numerous reports including timesheets reports.
