I have assigned a team to the roadmap, but it does not seem to be pulling my teams through or the sprints?

I'm currently having the same problem. I have a lot of shared teams:

In my Roadmap I can group by Team and it's works:

BUT the filter isn't works (does not show any Team):

Because my teams are showing up as "External". I also can't change the Team field from the board:

I already configured the roadmap by project and by JQL (considering the teams) but nothing solved the problem. Does anyone know how to resolve this please?
