Advanced roadmap: Auto schedule apply to one project only?

Hi all, 

I have created an  Advanced roadmap plan with 2 projects, story points, priority and teams are assigned to Epic under these projects. When I try the "Auto-schedule" function to work out the roadmap, it work on 1 of the project only but not another. Does anyone know why? 

Btw, for the "Auto-schedule" function, it mentioned that it will help to work out the roadmap based on the priority, if I have a wish list for the ranking of Epic, say priority 1, 2, 3....., can it help to workout the roadmap based on this ranking instead of just High/ Medium/ Low priority.
