Does anyone know how to hide this advertisement forever? It keeps showing on each Jira screen and hides important controls

Hi @Sergei Gridnevskii , unsure if this will do the trick or not but give it a go...

  1. settings > system
  2. general configuration 
  3. at the bottom of this page select "Turn off product notifications "
