Hi @malli_tech1994 you don't mention what version of Jira Server you're using, but looking at Atlassian's jira site (jira.atlassian.com) I do see there are a few closed issues that refer to performance issues with LDAP. Here's the query I used, "project = "Jira Server and Data Center" and text ~ LDAP and text ~ performance and text ~ slow"
You'll have to decide if they impace you or not.
