I have 3 Groups (1,2,3) in a project A and each group have 120, 56, 243 users.
After migration, all groups (1,2,3) have been migrated into the cloud, but I have not received all the users in the group yet.
I have received Group 1-> 12, Group 2-> 8 Group 3 -> 19 users.
Manually i am able to add the users into the project, but i don't want to spend extra time to add those details.
Any reason to loss that users after migration?
I selected only users and groups related to selected projects & Include all users and groups assigned to required roles, option in Migration Assistant.

As per my requirement groups are successfully migrated into cloud, but i have not received all the users in that groups.
As per above link Users or groups referenced in selected projects When Migrated we have to receive Referenced + assigned project roles + members of groups. But i have not receive all users in that groups.

Could you please check the details of your migration as shown in the screenshot:
Go to migration dashboard --> chose the migration-> view details
From here you should get an idea what actually got migrated.
