After Uploading the File "jira-software-application-7.9.1.obr" I got the message "Jira Software is licensed but not currently installed." and a Message "An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information." - but no Information which log.

Now Jira is only running with complete basic functions (so we don't have boards anymore).

The Jira Software 7.9.1 obr file will only be compatible with Jira Server 7.9.1 as per https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.jira-software-application/versions

Is this the version you are running of Jira?

If not, then you won't be able to just update Jira Software without also updating Jira core.  In those cases, I would recommend Upgrading Jira Applications for more information on how this can be done.

If you are already running Jira 7.9.1 when you tried to upload this specific obr file, then something happened that is preventing Jira Software from loading up inside of Jira.   I would want to look at your $JIRAHOME/log/atlassian-jira.log file from this time to better understand why that is.   It could be the system is under-resourced, a plugin is disabled, or that this specific version of Jira Software is just not compatible with your underlying version of Jira.

I have update/installed Jira Core to 7.9.1 and then it worked!

Thank you!
