After inserting jiraissues we need the link "mentioned in"

Anita Hütter October 18, 2021

We have platforms with one jira and one confluence instance and we had to migrate a project from one platform to another. Jira and confluence where linked by a macro.

First we migrated the confluencespace of a project to a new server - after we exported the jira issues from the old instance and imported it to the new one with csv import.

Now first the links where broken- as we expected.

We could update the jira macro links in confluence in a bulk change.

But now I would like to know how I can import the "mentioned in" remote links in Jira - this should be the backlinks which leads you back to the confluence article.

Please let me know if you see a possibility.

Hi @Anita Hütter

Here are some options in a previous post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/JIRA-to-Confluence-links-broken-after-migration-to-Cloud/qaq-p/718730

However, I would recommend you contact the Atlassian Support for a faster resolution.
