After restore from 7.13.3 to 8.1.0 strange errors after creating shared project!Jira become unusable

Hi guys as i said in Title ... 

After i create project from another project ALL Projects get corrupted!

In Project Settings Summary there is no more info about workflows, issutypes, screens, fields, priorities!

After creation of project everything gets corrupted!

Cannot create issues ... and more ...

I tried re-indexing project, reindexing whole JIRA ... Integrity Checker :(

Nothing helps!
