If you're looking at a Jira issue, you can get the issue key from the page itself or the URL. Check out the highlighted areas in this screenshot to see where you can copy the issue key from:
As for FastPath - that's a piece of compliance software that Atlassian doesn't really have anything to do with. You'll need to contact your team lead, supervisor, or co-worker for details on where to log in to FastPath and put the relevant information at your company.
