Hello @Sandra Bar

Thank you for reaching out.

The error you are facing usually happens when you have a third-party plugin in your Jira installation that is not compatible with the newly upgraded Jira version.

That being said, I recommend you to try the steps in this documentation:

  1. Stop JIRA
  2. Go to your the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins directory
  3. Rename the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins directory to $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins2
  4. Restart JIRA - This will re-create the the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins directory but JIRA will start without any plugins
  5. If the issue is no longer reproducible, Reinstall the add-on with the latest version through the Administration > Add-ons > Find new add-ons page.
  6. You may later delete the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins2 directory which is no longer in use.

If the steps above didn't work, can you please provide us with the full stack trace of the error?

Let us know if you have any questions.

Found the solution :

To remove:"We were able to resolve this issue by removing "intenso-jira-tools-1.5.2.jar" from the "plugins" directory"

Thank you worked for me too
