After upgrading our Jira server, it appears that the server is not successfully pulling information from itself.
One identified specific symptom is our dashboard subgroup titles appear as code labels, not their designated titles;
Name's Dashboard
__MSG_gh.gadget.rapid.view.title__
The environment for the server is pretty common; Ubuntu 18 OS, installed from .bin, behind an external proxy server.
This has been an issue we've experienced in the past, when our servers were delivered as Dockerfiles, and the solution we applied was to install the haproxy's certificate into the Jira server's java store's cacert file, but the root cause was never identified.
I have done the same this time with no productive results.
Hi @admin admin ,
Please check this KB.
I had this issue recently and I fixed it by importing jira's certificate in its own truststore.
Hope that helps.
Antoine
Hi @admin admin - take a look at this documentation for guidance.
https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile067/using-jira-agile-simplified-workflow-781390202.html
I would also point you to this previous post which has good information and guidance.
Even though it might not be Scrum, the guidance still applies for any simplified workflow.

Hi John,
Thanks for your response, but those articles don't help inform me on what the actual issue is; They provide a solution which may not fit the situation.
My symptom is mislabeled headings for a Dashboard, as below
And I can't corroborate that in the articles provided.

Sorry @admin admin - I posted the above to the wrong question. :-(
