After upgrading to 8.20.0. executing offline re-index failed.

Hello,

 

Currently, after upgrading my JIRA from version 8.5.0 to 8.20.0, it starts successfully. However, when I perform a reindex, it shows as failed. Could someone please guide me on which log file I should check to identify the issue?

Hi Nic, thank you for your response. Based on the information in the log, I've identified an error occurring at 99% during the reindex. The screenshot below captures the details after enconuntering the error. Could you confirm if this is the main reason for the issue?

Indexing errors usually go into the application log, which is atlassian-jira.log in <jira home>/logs.  

If you do not know what your <jira home> directory is, you can get the exact location on your server by logging in as an admin and looking at the system information page.
