Aggregate team-level sprint reports

Hi All,

I've had the following question raised in-house. Is anyone able to recommend options for obtaining this sort of reporting from Jira?

JIRA does not offer a solution to aggregate team-level sprint reports so that one can look at history across teams.

Things we'd like to measure

• team velocities over time, in the same view
• break down of allocation of points (feature, technical) per team and aggregated, over time
• number of unplanned tickets
• various statistical indexes such as

• • AVG/Median/StdDev US size
  • AVG/Median/StdDev US wait/in progress time
