Good morning,
we are experiencing the following problem today:
Clicking on the issues in agile board the following message appears in place of the Issue Detail View
Error
The delegated panel with the complete key ['com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:attachmentmodule'] must be an instance of WebPanelModuleDescriptor
I just followed the instructions at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/method-getsidebarhtml-java-lang-nosuchmethoderror-when-accessing-jira-agile-779159209.html?utm_medium=logScan&utm_source=STP
I disabled the "com.atlassian.jira.projects.ProjectCentricNavigation.Switch" key, but the problem remains and so I rehabilitated it
Thanks, the problem was due to draw.io add-on. I've uninstalled it and reloaded.
Now, the board seems to work correctly.
The ticket can be considered resolved

These errors are surely caused by some plugins.
For the error mentioned above refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/exception-typeerror-d-is-null-779657378.html , check whether the plugin 'issue types by jira' needs an update.
And it is better to get to the Safe mode https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-add-ons-273875716.html#Disablingandenablingadd-ons-Disablingorenablingalladd-ons(usingSafeMode) in plugins and then enable each plugins one by one to see which one is causing the error.

By chance, do you have system JIRA Drag and Drop Attachment Plugin disabled?
